Details

Manuscript structure (IMRAD)
We recommend the IMRAD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion) for research papers. Keep methods reproducible and results supported by data.
Figures, tables and permissions
Use high‑quality figures (readable labels, consistent units). If you reuse any copyrighted images/tables, obtain written permission and cite the source.
References
References must be complete and consistently formatted. Cite relevant prior work and avoid “AI‑hallucinated” references.
After acceptance
After acceptance you will submit a camera‑ready version and (if required) author forms. The editorial office may request language polishing and minor formatting alignment.

Submission workflow

We plan to manage submissions and peer review using Janeway (editorial management system).

Online forms are used for initial intake and routing. Each submission receives an internal tracking ID.

If you use the form, please indicate “Proceedings (English) track” in the comments/notes field.
