- Receive confirmation by email.
- Come to the venue on 17–18 March 2026.
Abstracts & posters (Track A)
- Prepare a short abstract (Word + PDF).
- Submit via the author form.
- Wait for confirmation and presentation slot.
Proceedings (English) (Track B)
Full papers in English. Under consideration with an international publisher/series.
- Read requirements and timeline.
- Submit to proceedings track (intake form or email).
- Peer review (≥ 2 reviewers) + editorial selection.
Workflow note (for authors)
We plan to manage submissions and peer review using Janeway. Online forms are used for initial intake and routing. Each submission receives an internal tracking ID.

Key rules (short)
- Abstracts: up to 1 page.
- Up to 2 abstracts per author (including co‑authorship).
- Each abstract is submitted separately: 1 submission = 1 abstract in two formats (Word + PDF).
- Languages: Russian or English.
